numerous vanilla plantations. Tahaa also hosts a few pearl

view-points of the island and the local flora. Visit a vanilla
plantation and have a Tahitian lunch while observing the
turtles of the “Hisbiscus Foundation” (10,500

Home of the Polynesian culture, the sacred
“Havai” now called Raiatea is an important economic
and spiritual center. It is also the island of majestic
mountains and of a large lagoon that she shares with Tahaa.
Excursion: On the only navigable river in Polynesia,
pass before many waterfalls, discover the local flora, visit
the Botanical Garden and explore the remnants of the ancient
Maohi sacred sites (5,500 XPF : excursion only). Finish
