Maupiti, the authentic island

Bora Bora’s sister island is a land of legends where everyone is still attached to traditions. Her difficult access through a narrow pass and her slow pace of life garantee her authenticity and her beauty.
Excursion: Rent a bike (1,500 XPF), bring your picnic lunch and discover the island at your own rythm.


 
   

   

Tahaa, the vanilla island

Notched by deep valleys which give her her jagged form, this savage island is renowned for her numerous vanilla plantations. Tahaa also hosts a few pearl farms and is appreciated by sailors.
Excursion: Aboard a 4-wheel drive, discover the fantastic view-points of the island and the local flora. Visit a vanilla plantation and have a Tahitian lunch while observing the turtles of the “Hisbiscus Foundation” (10,500 XPF : transfert + excursion + lunch).

 
   

   

Raiatea, the sacred island

Home of the Polynesian culture, the sacred “Havai” now called Raiatea is an important economic and spiritual center. It is also the island of majestic mountains and of a large lagoon that she shares with Tahaa.
Excursion: On the only navigable river in Polynesia, pass before many waterfalls, discover the local flora, visit the Botanical Garden and explore the remnants of the ancient Maohi sacred sites (5,500 XPF : excursion only). Finish the day in town, free of your time.
